TY:Trustworthy
Youth
In
today's
world,
it's
easy
to
lose
faith
in
the
younger
generation.
We
hear
stories
of
teenagers
getting
into
trouble,
being
addicted
to
technology,
and
lacking
ambition.
However,
there
are
many
young
people
out
there
who
deserve
our
trust
and
admiration.
These
trustworthy
youth,
or
TY
for
short,
are
making
a
positive
impact
on
their
communities
and
the
world
around
them.
One
example
of
TY
is
16-year-old
Greta
Thunberg,
who
has
become
a
leading
voice
in
the
fight
against
climate
change.
Her
relentless
activism
has
inspired
millions
of
people
worldwide
to
take
action,
and
she
recently
addressed
world
leaders
at
the
United
Nations
Climate
Action
Summit.
Another
example
is
19-year-old
Emma
González,
who
survived
the
Parkland

shooting
and
has
since
become
an
advocate
for
gun
control.
Her
courage
and
activism
have
inspired
a
new
wave
of
youth-led
activism
and
advocacy.
But
TY
doesn't
have
to
be
a
famous
activist.
It
can
be
the
young
person
who
volunteers
at
a
local
charity,
who
stands
up
to
bullies
at
school,
or
who
helps
their
neighbors
without
expecting
anything
in
return.
It's
the
young
person
who
is
responsible,
respectful,
and
kind.
As
adults,
we
need
to
recognize
and
support
these
TY.
They
are
the
future
leaders,
innovators,
and
changemakers.
We
need
to
listen
to
their
ideas,
give
them
opportunities
to
grow
and
learn,
and
show
them
that
we
believe
in
them.
By
doing
so,
we
can
help
them
reach
their
full
potential
and
create
a
better
world
for
all
of
us.
So
let's
celebrate
and
encourage
the
TY
in
our
lives.
Let's
help
them
build
a
brighter
future,
and
let's
have
faith
in
their
ability
to
make
a
positive
impact
on
the
world.
